As much as I enjoy the uploads CelebrityTit posts here, he/she never gives credit... usually just posts "Credit to whoever" if at all

1. use Firefox extension "VideoDownloader" https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/2390/ to capture the flv file.
2. use "Riva FLV encoder" http://rivavx.de/ to convert (change the file extension in the destination video file name and the encoder will change to that type of file)

Kickass dude - I just discovered these on YouTube this week and couldn't work out how to save them. Cheers muchly.
