Members area : video gallery upgrade

The members area video gallery script has just been upgraded to the latest version. Includes page caching for more speed, less server load.

All new members area software is now installed. It's a lot more powerful than the previous one used with many new features available, including the ability to preview/stream a clip before downloading it A few minor adjustments still need to be made but so far it runs smooth.
