This was recently on Fox and I got a reasonably good clip of the beach scene. Unfortunately it is uncompressed (I think that is what you call it) and it is over 100Mb in it's current state.

Can anyone point me in the direction of software which may help me reduce the size of the vid. Then I could post my first attempt at capping a scene.

Wouldn't like to delete the thing.
