I'm fairly good at using PhotoShop and have never been able to achieve that from just using contrast and brightness. I have a series of caps of Wendy in the same top from OzCelebs and couldn't get anywhere near the same result even when I used Dodge/Burn, Curves and Highlight/Shadow. I would be interested in getting the original cap to see how you achieved this?

The left hand pic is the original frame from the cap untouched exept for cropping.
The middle is the first with very selective C/B adjustment of regions
The right is achieved using multi layer multiplication/division/transparencydodge/burn between the original and the C/B layers (so I fibbed about how easy it was)

I use GIMP not Photoshop

Principal is the same whether in GIMP, PhotoPaint, PS or whatever.

I've now got just over 100 caps of her wearing that same top, she wore it and another white number a lot, but I haven't been able to achieve that much revelation. Thanks for the info, I'll play with x-raying a bit more and see if I can find a frame that reveals as much as yours does or you might have lucked on a rare cap so I'm wasting my time.
