if your interested at all try this deshaker filter on your videos macgoo, it makes a huge difference... http://www.guthspot.se/video/files/Deshaker.zip

Just load it into your virtualdub filters, use the default settings and make sure Pass 1 is selected first. Save the video as whatever filename ...once it has finished saving go to the Deshaker filter and select Pass 2, save this as your final filename... Thats it

I posted an example here of how your video will look after deshaking and will delete this reply once youve checked it out...
btw I ran the deshaker over the entire Clipsal 500 Rundle Mall Autograph Session.avi and it turned out ultra smooth
