If you go slowly from 20secs there is a clear closeup at 23 secs and shows a person and then a bit of a facial profile, but then the scene changes, so it could be a double. This view show a slightly saggy breast compared to the view of her stripping on the beach 51 secs. Splitting hairs here. She is gorgeous all the same.

I think they used a body double for the part on the beach where she is naked... that girl has some serious saddle bags that Jess doesn't have.
