'Video Fixer'

Postby CelebrityTit » Wed Dec 22, 2004 10:01 pm

Just thought i'd introduce some software to those that don't know about it, it's called 'Video Fixer' by http://www.fixvideo.com.
I recently uploaded a short clip of Kylie Minogue in the making of 'Slow' http://www.aussiesexposed.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=402. Now when I first downloaded this off the net I tried playing it in BSPlayer and got the message "This file is corrupted, seeking will be slow", so yeah it played but if tried to full-forward the clip would just stop. Using Video Fixer on it though got rid of the problem and it took around 5 seconds to do if that, superfast. VideoFixer is shareware that gives you a free trial for 10 or so days so it is best to use it if you have a whole bunch of corrupt videos to do (in my case one gem I wanted fixed), that way you can uninstall it after you've finished or just let the trial run out.
Hope that helps some. If anyone knows of anything similar (tested and runs smooth) let me know if you can please, im always on the lookout for decent software, theres so much shit to sift through online I hate wasting time lol

Cool! I'll try that out sometime as I find some of my larger files do this.
